Weekly Group Coaching sessions where you get to ask questions, set goals or just sit back and hear what others are doing to make successful lifestyle changes.
Part 3: Private Facebook Group
Get questions answered, be held accountable, and learn from others 24-7.
Part 4: One-on-One Coaching
Incudes 3 private coaching sessions with me, Kim. During these sessions, we discuss your vision of where you want to be, check-in to make sure you are on track and wrap-up at the end by discussing ways to keep you on your path.
VIP
This is a 10-session package where you meet with me, Kim, on a weekly basis. You have access to everything the online program includes + weekly one-on-one sessions. There are a limited number of these spots available.

The amount of weight you lose will vary depending on a number of factors, including your starting weight, activity level, and diet. Everyone is different.
The education portion of the program as well as the Facebook group are available for you to do at any time of day. The group coaching sessions are recorded in case you have to miss. The one-on-one coaching program is booked based on your calendar. (We will find a time that works.)
