The amount of weight you lose will vary depending on a number of factors, including your starting weight, activity level, and diet. Everyone is different.
The education portion of the program as well as the Facebook group are available for you to do at any time of day. The group coaching sessions are recorded in case you have to miss. The one-on-one coaching program is booked based on your calendar. (We will find a time that works.)
